Public Works Act Land Compensation, EQC & Private Earthquake Insurance Claims, Property Advisory & Management – all roads lead to PropertyPathways.
We’re proud of the relationships we’ve built with our clients. All the hard work is made so rewarding when they feel that they’re much better off having engaged with PropertyPathways.
"Neil, I would like to thank you personally. You have achieved the full entitlement for us on our policy with AA insurance. We are now in a position to put this house on this section and move on with our lives thanks to you. As you said from the start, facts from fiction, it's a marathon not a sprint. I certainly learnt a lot from this [journey], your ability in your field is unreal. Your integrity and support has been massive, I would have been buggered without you. Thanks mate."

"I have been very impressed with PropertyPathways. Murray Chapman is my Case Manager, he has provided expert advice during a difficult set of circumstances in working through EQC claims for my property repair. Murray has extensive knowledge of the process, always demonstrates a professional understanding of the challenges, and is extremely energetic and self-motivated to ensure the best possible outcome for his customer. I have been very impressed at his ability to assimilate data and information to effectively present a series of options that make total sense. I feel privileged to have the expertise in Murray working on my case.”

"In 2009 the NZ Transport Agency began planning to establish a 'built for purpose', 'state of the art' Traffic Operation Centre in Wellington. PropertyPathways and Neil Carr was contracted to project manage the process going forward and 'the build'. PropertyPathways provided project management leadership for the new Centre project from initial site evaluation and selection, design, procurement and construction. Neil was an integral part of our small project team, and played a critical role in directing the project to a successful conclusion. The team worked well together under Neil's direction and delivered the fully operational centre 'on time', and, which has exceeded initial expectations."

"I am the leader of the Telecom Recovery Programme following the Canterbury Earthquake. We engaged PropertyPathways in July 2011, and are still engaged with them, to provide claims service support for our people. My principal engagement has been directly with Neil Carr, who I have found to be organised, professional, and empathetic to the needs of our people, and his company has represented good value for both our people and our company. I can recommend Neil and his team as being well-connected professionals who can and do add value to the situation people find themselves in, particularly with reference to the ongoing issues in Christchurch."

"I would again like to put forward my utmost appreciation for the services of the PPL team in Christchurch who are assisting us with our earthquake outfall. I had been battling the council on my own in regards to sewerage coming onto my property for the last 3 months and a diesel generated sewerage pump in front of my house for the last 6 months. This has all been resolved thanks to Murray taking on the task of contacting the Council on my behalf. Three weeks later, the work’s done and problems resolved. You have no idea how grateful I am to have had their assistance as this has caused me no end of frustration and stress."

"I've been dealing with Neil, and he has been a wealth of knowledge with invaluable contacts. His assistance has given me a lot more confidence to take on the Big Boys at their own game. The team is easy to keep in touch with, and are always following up on what they say they'll do. I'm sure their knowledge is growing exponentially as well with such a big variety of cases that we bring."

"Murray's research skills are excellent. He goes into negotiations well prepared having taken the time to ensure the facts he is presenting are true and correct. He spent many hours preparing a report for our case and the finished product was easy to read, included photos and had all the facts set out precisely and correctly with links to his sources of information."

"My property will be completely used-up by Greater Wellington Regional Council’s Riverlink project. Because of the uncertainty of this I accepted Council’s invitation that it buy my property. The property included my family home and had some rentals on it. I also operated several small businesses from the site. There was a lot to consider when negotiating with Council, so I asked Neil Carr of PropertyPathways to help me in negotiations with Council.
It was a complicated and very stressful process that I could not have done without Neil’s help. He did a great job – coordinating the valuation, legal, accounting and other expert advice that was required to ensure my family was fully compensated in accordance with the Public Works Act. I would happily recommend PropertyPathways and Neil to anyone who is looking for expert guidance in navigating the Public Works Act processes and needing property advice."July 1, 2019
