"In 2009 the NZ Transport Agency began planning to establish a 'built for purpose', 'state of the art' Traffic Operation Centre in Wellington. PropertyPathways and Neil Carr was contracted to project manage the process going forward and 'the build'. PropertyPathways provided project management leadership for the new Centre project from initial site evaluation and selection, design, procurement and construction. I had been battling the council on my own in regards to sewerage coming onto my property for the last 3 months and a diesel generated sewerage pump in front of my house for the last 6 months. "My property will be completely used-up by Greater Wellington Regional Council’s Riverlink project. Because of the uncertainty of this I accepted Council’s invitation that it buy my property. The property included my family home and had some rentals on it. I also operated several small businesses from the site. There was a lot to consider when negotiating with Council, so I asked Neil Carr of PropertyPathways to help me in negotiations with Council.
It was a complicated and very stressful process that I could not have done without Neil’s help.
