I am the leader of the Telecom Recovery Programme following the Canterbury Earthquake. We engaged PropertyPathways in July 2011, and are still engaged with them, to provide claims service support for our people. My principal engagement has been directly with Neil Carr, who I have found to be organised, professional, and empathetic to the needs of our people, and his company has represented good value for both our people and our company. I can recommend Neil and his team as being well-connected professionals who can and do add value to the situation people find themselves in, particularly with reference to the ongoing issues in Christchurch.
